You can find out more of Sentosa Cove HERE. The disadvantage will be not that convenient for you to get out in and out if you do not drive.

The gym is huge but looks quiet in the noon.
I doubt you will stay here and spend most time in the gym.
Most 5 stars hotel seem to carry themselves with a lovely and posh Spa.
I am sure you can request for a room facing the pool of Yachts.
