Pattaya Attraction, Sanctuary of Truth

Sanctuary of Truth is a gigantic wooden construction. The top point of the building is about 105 meters high. It was constructed to withstand the wind and sunshine on the seashore. Every square inch of the building is covered with wooden carve sculpture.

The purposes of decoration with wooden carve sculptures are to use art and culture as the reflection of Ancient Vision of Earth, Ancient Knowledge, and Eastern Philosophy. With in this complex, visitors will understand Ancient Life, Human Responsibility, Basic Thought, Cycle of living, Life Relationship with Universe and Common Goal of Life toward Utopia.

We negotiate a taxi to bring us for two attractions (Sanctuary of Truth and Mini Siam) estimated

3 hours at THB500. I don't think you will complete within 3 hours. We only have a short day. 

You have to pay for your ticket before heading in near entrance
Operating hour 8am to 5pm

You should not miss this awesome attraction when you are at Pattaya.

Every parts of the wooden sculpture are so beautiful. Btw this project was initiated as an idea of Thai businessman Lek Viriyaphant in 1981, and is scheduled to be complete in 2050. If i am still around in 2050, maybe i should get there again......let me count how old will i be....

Every corner of the building, you get to see a piece of hard work

Try visit on a better weather (not hot), so you can slowly take your time to appreciate

this master piece.
