Lake Toya Granvillage Toya Daiwa Ryokan Annex

When we arrived, the sky was already dark.

We took for granted that this will be as usual, we just needed to punch in those telephone number, the GPS will bring us there. Somehow we were brought to another hotel with similar name Daiwa. The building was dark and was closed. The environment was not as mentioned in recommended website. It was dark, quiet and deserted. Fortunately after seek help from other hotel, we managed to find our way (which was actually nearby).

You could see relieved on our face not just that we found Daiwa Ryokan Annex, we would be disappointed if we would stay on the other one. This Ryokan (Japanese style inns especially in hot spring resorts) ambience and room was simply awesome.

The check in counter

Daiwa Ryokan was near to the Sight-seeing cruise terminal.

Room was very spacious and neat.

There was no bathroom in the room. We will be using a common bathroom just outside, along
the corridor. But a washing basin was provided.

Yeah... what you call this? Japanese garment Kimono?
How was it on me?

Snowing outside and was cold. Beautiful!

This was the awesome view in the morning. Simply awesome!

We got a visitor here.

The front was the car park and could see the mountain.
Maybe that was Mt. Uru which we be going.
